A VERY unsettled day with cloud/heavy showery rain through the morning, warm sunshine for a few hours early afternoon, downpours late afternoon and more showers this evening! A gusty WNW breeze and max 19c.

Sunny intervals and a few short, heavy showers here but once again some sort of anti- downpour shield seems to be in operation as only a few miles away there was flash flooding due to the intensity of the rain.

Currently 7 oktas cumulus and altocumulus with distant cumulonimbus and a temp' of 14.8c.

The max' today was 17.4c.
