    ok

people say that the increase in temprature is to do

with global warming it is not. It is actaully caused

by the amount and size of sunspots you know what they are if not heres a pic of them at the bottom

did you know that the oxegen in the earths atmosphere is only 9% but on mercury it is 40% and that is why millions of years ago things on the earth were much biger than they are today

if you matched a global warming chart to a

sunspot chart they are identical witch some

scintists found out quite recently. This proves

that global warming is not real there is proof.

we do contriute a little though.

is saying we do not cause all of it as i said in

Global warming is real NOT!1 its the sun but it

is our fault as well we do not care like in dumped

This is an argument that some developing nations use to justify their growth, and partly why the USA has been slow to impose any regulation on its fossil fuel burning.

However, the evidence and analysis of it by the unbiased mainstream scientific community has demonstrated anthroporphic driven climate change.

The program you saw was probably on C4 or some other sensationalist broadcaster which find odd-ball scientists to justify their conspiracy agenda programs: a nice way to drive their budgets with dumbed-down science (how many of these 'documentaries' site mainstream views from respected institutions? Big fat zero).

If you want the facts, you're better off subscribing to decent scientific journals in which peer review maintains the status quo, rather than some TV producer.

oxegen in the earths atmosphere is only 9%

Sorry, but I stopped reading when I got this far. Try adding about another 12% to that figure.

all co2 can be got rid of any there are many benafits of this

    -saving the enviroment

    -stoping co2 rising

    -increse oxegen

if we had 80% oxegen levels on earth

then we would all be more healthy as

well becuase we would get more oxegen

in our bloodstreem and would be more

fit and capable of better things

If the oxygen levels on earth were 80% we would die within 30 seconds if that. This level of oxygen is devestatingly toxic to mammals. :)

For pete's sake mods HEEEEELP :)

80% oxygen would also make a pretty darned explosive atmosphere with almost constant fires and fireballs.

Please check your sources and science.

Mercury may have 40%...but 40% of what total, you could have 40 litres of gaseous oxygen on Mercury, 60 litres of gaseous nitrogen...the figures would show 40% oxygen in the atmosphere on Mercury, but is in no way a true comparison to the atmosphere on Earth as we all know.

    Perhaps he's referring to this.

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/3869753.stm

    to add more confusion.

    http://www.unisci.com/stories/20022/0613022.htm or http://www2.sunysuffolk.edu/mandias/lia/possible_causes.html or http://www.whoi.edu/oceanus/viewArticle.do?id=18371

Interesting that most papers are fairly "old" suggesting this idea may have gone out fashion for now.

theres also a issue that relay global warming is not caused by the amount of co2 we use from scientists...that we go through many phases of climate change anyway..and the government are using this to get more money out of us...I have heard a few good points over time from scientists from talk sport about global warming is rubbish.....yea they agree that the co2 as made it worse BUT not the cause. And the earth goes in cycles. And the goverment are making the most of it through taxes ect....just a thought

Furthermore, those same records show that the Arctic warmed twice as fast between 1917 and 1937 as it has in the past 20 years. After 1940, the Arctic saw a big cool-down and climatologists noted sea ice expanding in the northern Atlantic. Christy argues that what he calls the Great Climate Shift occurred in the late 1970s and caused another sudden warming in the Arctic. Since the late 1970s there has not been much additional warming in the region at all. In fact, on page 23, the Arctic Council Assessment offers very similar data for Arctic temperature trends from 60 degrees north latitude—the area that includes most of Alaska and essentially all of Greenland, most of Norway and Sweden, and the bulk of Russia.
