I'd love to join but I'm worried about any initiation ceremony that I might have to attend. Would I have to expose anything up to knee level and are any sharp objects or dodgy handshakes involved?

Thanks Snow Queen. Why just December? Because I adore snow and love Christmas, the two go hand in hand, or at least should do; every year round about the 1st December I start looking for the tiniest glimmer of hope that this year may be the one. However, much as I love the white stuff, I work outdoors so a good dumping, just once a year would do me just fine.
