Working in Sheffield tomorrow but a day off today, decided to go for a drive to find some snow.........wasn't long as I headed into the Peak Forest. 2-3" of lying snow and blowing horizontal. When I left it was covering the road as well.....Magic!!!

Lol, I packed the family into the car at 12.30 and drove all the way to Buxton...... snow everywhere; very picturesque!! Just got back to Leighton Buzzard after driving there and turning straight back. As soon as we're 10 mins away from the house. it's snowing heavily!! Ohh well £25 quid of petrol down a drain just to see some flakes, when i could of stayed here and saw some!! ;)

Amazingly - heavy snowfall here. Not sleet but actual proper snow - coming down thick too.

Stuck my arm out into the heavy rain and my jumper had what looked like a few flakes of snow on it, sad I know but hope it counts!
