If you have won a photo competition (weather related) since last September, we need your high res versions of your photos so that we can get them put onto the calendar. We will need them by 15th November, at which time we may have to replace your photo with another one if you haven't sent a hi-res copy to us. Please email them to paul[at]netweather.tv (replace [at] with @)

what happens if the high res photo can't be retrieved does the person still get into the calendar with the one they posted??

No, without the hi-res image the quality won't be good enough so we will have to replace that image.
