Well, it's gonna be cold tonight. last night at 6pm, my station was reading 1.9C, tonight we're already at -0.5 for the same time............been lovely and sunny all day after that -4C start. My guess is that it's gonna go lower tonight :-)

No air frost here last night, min' was 1.4c with a grass min' of -3.4c. Temp' at 0900 was 4.9c, contrast with Polar Continental's reading of -3.3c at the same time about 35 miles away down in the Trent valley.

Sunny all day so far with no more than 1 okta cirrus or cumulus humilis. Wind is 6 mph W. Temp' currently 6.4c.
