Result - October Photo Competition

Welcome to the voting to select the best photos of October 2007. We're down to six finalists in the weather related photo competition and five in the non-weather category.

Thanks to all those who voted in the first round.

So, as always, there can be only one winner for each category

This competition was for photos taken during October 2007. The winning shot in the weather related competition will form part of the 2009 netweather.tv Calendar.

Voting will end at 18h00 on Sunday 2nd December.

First-round voting on the November 2007 Photo Comp will then begin a few days later

Voting is as simple as simply clicking in the poll for your favourite picture. These are the photos that made it through to the final round (in alphabetical order):

Very, very difficult but have to say BE and Wibs are my votes.

Yes, excellent finalists all, but I've voted for

BE's superb rainbows and Wibs' wonderful woodland pic.

As soon as I saw those rainbow's in the 'weather photography' section

I thought they'd be a winner.

And although I was pleased with my own woodland shot, this

one by Wibs was so much more.
