It has been an awful day here! Really cold, got soaked at the football and we lost to cap it all off! Currently broken clouds and 10.1c.

Light sleet began to fall around 0815 and quickly became moderate-heavy, turning to wet snow after 1030. Moderate-heavy wet snow, sleet and occasional small hail continued until about 1430 when it reverted to moderate rain which persisted until 1700. As well as all that there was thick fog from 1030 until 1530. Currently it's dry with broken altocumulus.

Cloudy all afternoon, even if the rain and drizzle cleared 1400.

Mild, max 11.8c @ 1500.

Showers around 1800, otherwise fairly quiet this evening.

Currently: 6.7c.

Pressure: 986 mbar, steady, about this since lunchtime.

Only a light wind out there presently, as the low centre tracks towards Wales.

Heavy rain this morning with a slight breeze..

After the rain had past by the afternoon, We went to dartford high street, walking around the market there was a freak gust of wind, it came from no where and nearly blew me off my feet, people started screaming and cardboard boxes flew in the air along with everything else then it went quite, very strange as we have had hardly any wind all today, can anyone can tell me what that freak gust was? it must of been at least 50mph, very very strong!! :)
