Looking at the radar - seems the first of the fronts has just passed through.

Promising that it turned to snow readily in Inverness

Little blizzards in City this morning. Less than 2cm on the ground though. :cry:

Some hefty snow showers this afternoon. More than 2cm now lying.

Temperature in the snow was -2C, at about 2pm. It's now starting to snow again.

In answer to someone's earlier question: it's about 4C colder this side of the cold front than it is to the south of it!
