    Interesting article there.

    Sadly the naivety of it came home to roost when attempts to control hurricanes with such crystals proved negligible or inconclusive.

    We CANNOT control the weather; although we can influence it to a certain degree in terms of general temperature anamolies, degrees of cloudiness and perhaps intensity of precipitation via increases in condensation nuclei.

    Didn't they use the dry ice idea in a film about hurricanes?

    The 2 wheeled tractor looks handy though. Wonder if they are still on offer.
