Nothing but rain here

Central London has almost the least snow in the UK, but this year has been particularly poor, no lying snow and no falling snow

In fact when I think about it this winter has had literally nearly everything: thunder and lightning, warm sunny days, strong winds, crisp frosty days, dull cloudy days, blizzards, even a bit of freezing rain and fog aswell.

All of the above. 4th Jan was particularly good B) ;) .

I can't believe that was two months ago! this winter has gone so quick, before you know it it will be autumn again, though some would argue that it hasn't finshed yet.

I had a fall of snow on jan 3rd about 3 inches. Like most i had alot of rain especially during jan. I only had 5 air frosts over the winter with the coldest temp i recorded being -2.6c. Apart from jan 3rd another forgetable "winter"

Hardly any snow tbh....3cm of it so far this winter; oh and that horrid day where we had 5 hours of snowfall that didn't settle! Had a bit of hail from squally showers, rain....not a large amount but significant.

Sleet.....ach....horrible stuff. Don't go there. I'm sick of marginality.

A snowless winter for Northants I'm afraid, bar a 5 minute snow shower during the northerly in early Feb and a 20 minute snow flurry on the morning of 4th March. Some parts of Northants also saw some granular snow during the 19th February. In a typical winter none of these 'events' would even be worth mentioning but there we go.

No settling snow whatsoever in the Dec-Feb period, although I do still have fond memories of the unexpected heavy snowfall on the evening of 18th November; which gave accumulations of around 4-6cm across the county, before thawing rapidly overnight.

quite a decent winter really for me considering fast 2008 even larger teapot warming, ive had 3 lots of lying snow although really only dustings, sun 18th november, tues 8th january and fri 1st february, lots of frosts with a minimum of -6.0C on 17th feb

only had 24 maximums in double figures, 2008 even larger teapot i would expect 90,

id be amazed if 2008/09 was this decent
