    Thought I'd set up a thread for peoples pictures of the snow today, mine aren't great but I was surprised to see the snow this morning (after the numerous let downs this year). Look forward to seeing some more great shots.

    Thought I'd set up a thread for peoples pictures of the snow today, mine aren't great but I was surprised to see the snow this morning (after the numerous let downs this year). Look forward to seeing some more great shots.

    Good pics SS

    You might need to cover the Japanese Maple (I use fleece) to protect those buds from the frosts we are expecting in the next 3 or 4 nights.

    Thanks for the comments all, some really nice pics of the snow by everyone today. I might take your advice there DL, just need to find some fleece big enough now B) . I think I have some left over in the garage from when I covered my Dixonia (you can see it in one of the pics).

    Just returned from a journey out that was quite eventful! The Dotto train was stuck and completely halted progress on Eastbourne seafront and the road up to the downs was impassible so we never got up there in the end! A motorhome was also sliding back towards us at an alarming rate and that's when self-preservation took over from grip and we turned around.

    Wow, great pictures Coast, looks like you got a real pasting today. Those tulips don't look to happy :rolleyes: . Mine have recovered from being flattened this morning.

    Not this mummy or daddy. We watched our neighbour build it then stuck our own kids next to it!

    Today, Coast, certainly made up for those mild winters.
