    A brighter start, but still rather cloudy with a cool feeling NE wind. At reading time, overcast, but dry. The morning saw the cloud sheet thin and break which gave rise to good sunny spells during the afternoon, and with the temperature lifting to 15c, it felt very pleasant, despite a moderate to fresh NE wind.

    Max: 19.0c @ 1530, a day of unbroken hazy sunshine.

    This after a touch of ground frost last night.

    Min: 1.6c @ 0545.

    Rain yesterday: 1.2mm.

    Currently: Hazy sun, light- moderate breeze from south.
