A typical April day - typical April everything. Started cool and sunny with cu-nimbs in the distance but otherwise clear sky. Clouds built up through the morning quite rapidly and then a torrential downpour of rain and then hail at lunchtime. Sunshine and showers this afternoon but geenrally lighter in nature than the one at midday. Have seen the thunderstorms further inland all afternoon but missed me as usual. Now a fine evening with orange decaying clouds.
