A much cooler night than recently with a touch of ground frost and a minimum air temperature of 2.3c, grass minimum –1.0c. The morning up to reading has been bright with sunny spells but with increasing amounts of Cumulus and Cumulus Congestus. The morning and afternoon saw a few sunny spells, but with large amounts of cloud with showers in the vicinity, feeling rather cool throughout with a moderate to fresh easterly wind, maximum gust 35mph. Top Temperature, 14.3. The evening became very wet with around 4 hours of moderate rain. (12mm)
