A sunny but cool start to the day, just escaping a ground frost, the minimum air temperature 2.5c and the grass minimum 0.5c. Staying bright and dry up to reading time, but with increasing amounts of Stratocumulus. The morning and afternoon was quite pleasant with good sunny spells, but also with some thicker cloud at times which gave a very brief light shower during the mid afternoon. Maximum temperature 17.0c the wind was light for the most part with a gust of just 17mph from the east.

A lovely warm day today with a good deal of sunshine around until about an hour ago when cloud floated in. Breezy now and feeling slightly fresher with a few spots of rain but nothing enough to wet the ground. Been up to 18.7C this afternoon but down now in the cloud and wind.

As conor123 said, a much better day than forecasted with a lot of sunshine for much of the day. Cloud arrived a bit more around 3.30pm but has stayed well broken. Now there seems to be a veil of cloud across us with any cumulus-like cloud gone now. Still feels warm out despite quite a brisk breeze.
