Amazing snow storm today, at times the flakes were the diameter of a golf ball, truly unbelievable.

At 8a.m. this morning it was raining and no snow...12 hours later and these pics were taken at around 8 p.m. tonight. I have measured 43cm's on the surfaces where the snow settled immediately. We are due another 20cm's overnight so by the morning we could be totalling close to 65cm's - over 2 feet.

North Kent, 25oC, sounds good to me lol

Lou you're right, we get snow anytime upto June, but a storm like this is unusual. It would usually happen in March/April.

We had another 20 cm's overnight so we are over 2 feet in 24 hours, quite remarkable for any month

The flooding in the Middle East desert city of Dubai earlier in the week followed record-breaking rainfall.
