25.8c here in Sunny Staffordshire, Whittington nr Lichfield to be precise. If one looks at the lastest observations on the METO website, you will see Coleshill is considerably lower. this has always been a mystery. At 10am this morning, it was reading 17.3c in Coleshill, when stepping out here at 10am, you can blatently tell that it was alot warmer than 17c. ;) It makes me wonder whether the METO latest readings are true sometimes. And just to say, my thermometer is an electric one and is in the shade.

Relative Humidity (%): 78,

Pressure (mB): 1023, Rising,

Visibility: Very good

At last, at last, the sun has returned! Slightly incongruous to see flooded rivers with this warm sunshine, although it rained heavily and non-stop from Thursday night until late Saturday evening. Most unusual for this normally dry part of the country.
