generally a much quieter time of year for the Atlantic, so I'm putting June, july and august all into the same thread.

Winds reached 45 mph here last night http://www.gm7pbb.co.uk/

Looking at the charts from net weather extra theirs a low pressure pushing in the next 48 hours, which will bring some strong winds and much needed rain to places. ( ok winds won't be anything like seen during the winter months, but defiantly much winder then of late)

http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/marine...es&type=All
