If Friday the 13th is unlucky for some then it's that some must surely be the UK, feeling rather cold today, very Autumnal indeed.

A cool and sunny start to the day but increasing cumulus and stratocumulus soon reduced the sunshine to sunny intervals and it was quite cloudy for long periods from about 1030 onwards. A dry day apart from a couple of very brief and light showers.

Clear and very cool last night, managing a touch of ground frost according to the sensor on the lawn, though I could not see it looking out the bedroom window around dawn!

Min: 2.9c @ 0600.

Grass Min: -1.7c.

Trace rain yesterday.

Often rather cloudy today but sunny intervals at times, especially this evening.

A few very brief light showers during the morning (heavier one down the road in Lampeter but only a trace here).

Cool and breezy again.

Max: 15.1c @ 1600.

Clear but with a layer of high cloud this late evening.

Currently: 7.8c- so a possible ground frost on the cards again.

Pressure: 1019 mbar, falling slightly.
