A layer of very Low stratus cloud moved over the North East around 1630hrs { gawd knows where that came from] anyway with this low cloud there was some heavy rainfall infact 2.6mm fell between 1731hrs and 1833hrs

We did have a cold front move over the North East at 1400hrs , Dew point was reading 9.0c however 1430hrs DEW POINT dropped down to 7.1c then at 1530 DEW POINT rose back up to 10.7c {some cold front}

There were a few cloud breaks early this morning allowing some brief glimpses of sunshine but the day has been predominantly cloudy. The morning was dry but drizzle arrived early this afternoon and became more persistent, with light rain mixed in, from mid-afternoon onward.
