    Tomorrow marks the 40th anniversary of torrential rain and extensive flooding down here in soggy Somerset. It's currently tipping it down, has been for hours, forecast to continue for some time yet, coming on top of already water logged ground.

    Seems a soggy July in this part of the world is nothing new.
