A cloudy and damp start with light rain. Mainly light rain continued on and off throughout the morning and afternoon and in to the early evening. Overcast throughout with little brightness. Although rather cool temperature wise for July, it felt rather warm and muggy, top temperature 17.0c, maximum wind gust 19mph from the E.
