My little rescue pony

Hi

I'm a member of a rescue and rehabilitation centre and just thought I post a couple of pictures on here I am sorry the quality isn't amazing.

This is my little pony Ginger I bought her in a state back in January

and now

I bloke bought her for his daughter neither of them had a clue how to look after a pony and she was about to be sent to Holmfirth market. I paid £150 for her which is probably more than the meat man would have paid but one less on their way to Ireland and then France

She looks positively spoiled now on that lovely clover and rye grass she is tucking into.

Horses will be cheaper to run than cars again soon too

You could try a few Fallabella's, in fact you could probably keep them in your house nevermind the garden!

So do you have any plans for her or is she going to be retired from riding?

I've retired her bar my little boy jumping on her now and again. She has cushings which is a disease of the pituitary gland

but she is happy for now,it say's on her passport she is 16 but looking at her teeth she is into her 20's and deserves now to have a good long rest.
