    A few weeks ago I visited a local Cold War observation post. There are over 1500 of these sites around the UK, some of them still in service until the 90's!     Looking down the shaft - it's a bit scary.

    Of course, I left everything as I found it. Obviously, it would be trespass to visit these sites without permission.
