Madrid Temps

Just been having a look round Spain on XC Weather at Max and Min for today 13/08/08 . Madrid had a max of 30 but has a forecast min tonight of -2 . Lots of other places in Spain have mins in the low 20's so can anyone explain why Madrid would have such a low Min for tonight .

Thats the dew temp you been reading there Delta not the min temp, Easily mistaken i know but it is the dew temp at the moment not the min temp for tonight. <_<

Why does Madrid has such low dew temps? Is this because winds could be coming from the mountains creating a fohn affect?
