Rain Radar on smart phone

I have an HTC710 Smartphone.

I need to check the rain radar down to postcode leval before I cycle to work each morning. Is there a quick way of doing this via a link to the Netweather website?

If your phone can save cookies then you can stay logged in having logged in once and then setup a favourite directly to the radar with the postcode saved
