Lyneham Data

I was just wondering how Net Weather is currently able to have updated information on conditions at RAF Lyneham, when on the Met Office Observations section it states that there may be a loss of data from there due to refurbishment between 18 August and 15 September.

Each day recently when I've logged onto the Met Office to check the conditions/temperatures for the last 24 hours, Lyneham's hasn't been available at all so where is the Net Weather info coming from?

We're taking them from the metar reports they produce, perhaps the meto don't use those
