Quick reminder......9pm just over an hours time.

Just looked at the info and it reads....

:: Deadly Water: Stunning premiere of the series that sees Gethin Jones

join thrill-seekers on the trail of the most awe-inspiring natural phenomena,

starting with destructive tornadoes.

Think they have it wrong 'bout the tornadoes. :unknw:

Was some great footage of the waterspout from the plane - very lucky to get that footage - though Gethin perhaps exagerating a little the dangers in the plane - I'm sure the pilot with years of experience knew what he was doing. Bit unfortunate about the boat which broke down 30 miles from the coast - good job they managed to get back to within 5 miles of the coast before being rescued - though they weren't in any immediate danger from the storms around them there was a risk from lightning hitting the boat.

Look foward to the tornado and lightning (with Paul S) episodes.

Hmm.. I've completely missed this series so far. I'll have to see if I can find a torrent or something... The posts below seem pretty positive about it. I hope it's not completely over dramatised as most of the US shows about storms seem to be :D

Guys

I have not seen the edit on this programme so am at the mercy of the producers/editors with this, just to say it was pretty much like our Uk Summer this year, Lightning was hard to come by :D:D

Please please keep an eye out for next years Storm Riders Series on ITV1, The footage from this show is easily some of the best you will ever see, Nick, Ian, Andy and myself can count 4 days of the Tornado Series of this programme that will have you either wetting yourself with laughter or wanting to get out there to sample Chasing in the US.

Go easy on me :D
