No sign of any fog around these parts this morning with some high cloud then a sunny day with CB`s to the west,I like to know what was falling from those at 1000 feet.

Got down to -0.1c with ice on the roads as there was overnight showers,max of 4.4c making it the coldest day since october 30th....-0.3c here now as winds today were very light.

Should be a sunny day here tomorrow unless theres an east wind bringing the forecast thick fog from telford.

The fog then cleared and it became sunny for an hour and a half before the fog, which had never cleared from the local valley spread back up to around 350m and lasted until 1700;

when it cleared this last time it was cloudy above.

The temperature has been up and down like a yo-yo, between 0.6c and 1.3c in the fog and up to 3.4c in the sunshine.

We've got our twelfth air frost of the autumn tonight - that's pretty impressive... No sign of any fog forming up here yet, but many forecasts are punting on the Central Lowlands being affected. Time will tell
