Or rather global cooling you mean? For the Northern Hemisphere it's the 8th warmest, southern hemisphere 20th warmest. How they come up with 10th warmest globally doesn't really make much sense (possibly because there are more recording stations in the northern hemisphere?)

The 10th warmest globally is likely to drop with cold weather spreading across the Northern Hemisphere, intense cold at that;

For the UK, probably 29th warmest, perhaps, 32nd.
