    With Christmas fast approaching it's time to open up a thread for people to record their predictions for the first month of the new year. 1971- 2000 average for January is 4.2C

    With the Met Office predicting a below average January and what looks like a very cold pattern setting in, I shall go for 2.7c

    Well I can see why people are going for a cold Month with there guesses.

    But for me I believe it when I am stood in a foot of snow with -15 wind chill.
