Temp has been falling from a high of around 5-6 - currently 1.8 and falling. DP 1, feels like 1. Very light WSW breeze. Been mostly overcast with the odd spot of drizzle but has cleared up now. Pressure a steady 1042mb.

Was a nice day with unbroken sunshine, there was even a little sunshine yesterday too. Now clear and frosty, -2C.

Im not able to check my home recordings right now as I'm not at home, but weighing certain things up I think it's probably about -5C

I think -8 to -10C is unlikely but not impossible. It will be interesting, although I suspect I will have to compost my plant collection which is basically as good as burning wads of cash. Time to find a new interest, perhaps suited to a colder climate!

Just driven back from Glasgow and it was about 2c under cloudy skies all the way to Aviemore where the stars came out and the temperature fell to -7c , currently -2c at home.
