Very foggy morning morning here with visibility down to 150m in some places. A thick frost on everything too and of course it's cold with a min of 1.1c (right now).

So much for the cold spell having finished - we've had more winter weather overnight last night than in several weeks of that stagnent high pressure cold. Temperatures aren't quite so low but without the constant cloud cover we're getting some weather at last!

Unexpected hard frost and fog this morning, at 8:30 am it was reading -3c in my car.

A clear start with a touch of ground frost, minimum air temperature 3.8c Minimum on the grass, -0.6c. At observation, some patchy cloud moving in from the west, threatening a shower. The rest of the day was bright, though with a couple of light showers. Quite mild, top temperature, 7.8c, maximum wind gust, 17mph, SW.

A cold frosty start (-1.8c last night) with some sunshine and a bit of fog, the fog has thickened through the day with visibility currently about 350 meters i guess.

It just shows you a week is a long time in the world of weather, this time last week we were shivering down here with a temperature of -3 in the daytime and fresh snow having fallen overnight and here we are today sunny and currently 11c!
