Opps, mis-read it and voted for Wales :o

Eastelies are rubbish for Wales, especially the west coast. Looks like a dry cold week but it'll be good to watch the pics of the snow in the east :)

How Will The Easterly Affect Your Location ??

is England worse than Scotland ??

In this set up this faviours the east and south east regions due to the wind direction comeing straight and vearing to a e to ne flow. This has also the ideal wind direction to set up a thames snow streamer which places lik.e london. kent. Surrey. ect always do very well out off these types off setup"s.

LOL. Near to tears i actually went down me garrage and dusted down me sledge and greased it up. Felt so long and ....

This all looks too good to be true! I just hope the models don't downgrade the event because remember this has happened before.

i'll be very very excited and enjoy watching the news reports of all the snow affecting the east of England while i, personally, see a snow flurry for about 10 minutes on monday.

(reverse psychology - does it work?)

What about the south coast here in Bournemouth, havent seen a snow flake for more than 3 years now, and not more than one inch in 23 are we going to be disappointed again living so close to the coast while it snows all around us.?

looking at the current output, if they were to come off i think you're right! but, sadly, despite being included as south east by the met office, Oxon still needs a massive slice of luck compared to London and even neighbouring counties like Northants. This is the snowless centre of england!

Now Now friend calm down us snow starved southerners have never had the rub off the green for a long while so its now our time to shine. What i will say though that may liven up your mood is that after the easterley we all look north east becouse current models have been faviouring a very cold spell comeing from that direction and hitting england and scotland the easterley could just be a starter before the main course mate.
