Don't panic about the METO update, I guarantee it's human error.

That green is supposed to be red.

Yes

Not had any Snow for a good 35 minutes now and Blue Skies, maybe that was the Colf Front going through ??

As for the Warnings, well I Am completely Baffled, It seems the only areas they have left out are the One that got the Worst Slamming in 1987 and 1991 eg

South East Essex and North Kent so I would think these areas would go RED, hope the duty guy has not made a Monumental Cock Up, or he/she could be Toast as some of the most prone areas in this kind of Set-Up have no warnings :):D

No - the showers are firing, i think the tops are getting higher as well-

Darker blues appearing on the NW radar-

Soon they will start tracking more West rather than South West ( they should anyway)

I think we have about an hour/ 2 hours before things really get going-

Its North Kent coast looking very good so Far- Medway up to Gravesend =

Can I ask again is this a little earlier than expected as we were told from @6pm tonight so is this bonus snow?

My understanding is that these are convection showers forming over the North Sea and Channel.

Or something like that.

Basically it will carry on and get heavier and heavier from here on in I believe.

Met office have removed all warnings from my area in Bournemouth and yet the forecast on netweather is showig 100% snow for later today and overnight. I dont know who to believe, I have a sinking feeling all this hype is going to be a complete non event for us as per usual.

Should be on IPlayer in a couple of hours. I watched it and they forecast the snow to extend to middle of Wales later this week with a N/E'ly later on in the week Wednesday/Thursday so you should be ok eventually.
