Hi TEITS - Sorry to bug you as you must be vary busy all over the place ... however, how come their seems to be a gap between streams of showers in Yorkshire. I have been without ppn for approximately 5 hours and the latest group of ppn seems to show signs of this same split again too.

Do you think this is set to continue as I thought I could be in a good position to see about 5cm here, at 200m.

Thankyou for your time.

Heavy snow falling.

Only a dusting but then again i've only seen two 10min showers!

You've done a lot better than us, and to think we were supposed to be in the main firing line, haven't seen any snow for hours :D

Similar scenes here. Will try to post some pics later if I can.

Thanks for the update though TEITS and good luck for the rest of the night.

Like yourself mate I have been a few hrs between the showers.

However I have had a quick peek and to me the showers are now finally starting to get going. I shall post again in 20mins with i've had a better look.

Just a quick note some of these showers are amazing. Since I took those pics I now have at least 3cm after an amazing snow shower that was more like fog. If only they could last longer than 15mins!!

Looks like a stream is developing from Norfolk into Cambs.

Working fine here - refresh the page will get it going again!

edit - it just looks like a few frames are missing data. Sure it'll be back to normal shortly.

The 23.25 and 23.30 update still don't work for me... but functionality has returned at 23.35. :D

I have the same problem!

By the way, i am popping in this thread from time to time because every snow shower i have received so far crosses your region first.

Looking with interest the situation in Linc, Humberside and Yorks.

any heading towards east mids?

cause the radar has gone dodgey on us at the worst time!!!

Next hour or two things will continue to intensify and showers will become heavier and more widespread.
