Woke up monday morning and was dissapointed with only light snow falling but by 6:30 already had a covering of 2-3inches. I've been to school everyday of this week . Monday a few people were off but Thursday was the day when nearly the whole school was empty. Thursday morning everyone was told to go to the refectory where we waited for the headmaster, he came and told us there would be no point in going home because all the roads are blocked. He was right, just after he finished a car skidded into the wall outside school. Snow fell heavily until they eventually had to close the school at 2 pm. Still, Everyone got a hot chocolate at break time, best schoolday ever, we did no work LOL.

The cold spell has been great so far, but only reached a max of 4-5 inches of snow which was reduced to 2cm by the end of Friday. Friday did finish with a great sunset though. Hope you like the pics.
