A very mucky kind of drizzly & grey morning with the kind of drizzle that soaks you through.

Still mild though which again made for an easier getting up process. Back to the selective light coat/thick coat/gloves/hat wearing as opposed to just wearing all of them. When you get it wrong (i.e. like not wearing gloves in drizzle...ahem...icy hands) you end up either roasting or freezing.

Managed to get a temperature reading, by waving the base station around, of 8.3c. Really need to change the batteries!

I think this morning has to be the most miserable and depressing of the winter so far. Awful gloom outside with murky mist and drizzle clinging to everything.

Currently 8C with no wind and light drizzle, poor visibility.

I have to take exception to the following paragraph from today's home page update, especially the bit in bold...

On the flipside, there is some rain around too, southern and eastern parts of England could see a light shower as the day wears on and a rapidly weakening weather front will move into northwest Scotland overnight tonight, moving southeast during the day tomorrow.

It has been persistently drizzling, sometimes proper light rain, since before dawn and ongoing as I type. That's 7+ hours without a dry spell and I'd call that more than a light shower!*

The temperature is 8.6c and humidity 92%!

* There is some anaprop on the radar stretching from Wales into the Bath area which has been there on/off for about a week now.

Currently 7c with a very light westerly wind, its a very grey and miserable day, skies look very murky to the west, maybe rain soon :)

Yeah, i would certainly describe today very grey rather bright, no signs of any sunshine although i would be surprised if will rain either, more likely to be drizzle than anything else.

I wonder if we had drizzle this morning as once again, the ground is damp outside which would suggest drizzle fell last night/this morning. I noticed today has felt less mild than recent days aswell.

Overcast and dull with some drizzle after a night of thick fog.

Temperatures have hardly budged. Currently 8.3C after a min of 6.9C and max of 8.9C. So overall very mild.

Absolute trash weather here in Ireland at the moment.

Continuously stagnated conditions now for days on end.

With persistent cloud cover, it's feeling rather dismal but never really too mild, nor too cold for that matter.

As a cold and snow lover I am disappointed that we don't have wintry synotpics, however even though we can't have them then it would be nice to have some active weather.

However, no sign of that really to be honest, stagnated lifeless conditions all the way. <_<

Same here in BTL. Dull, drizzly, fairly mild.

Roll on an early Spring, with some sun.

Horrible weather today

Overcast, drizzle and cool. At least its not freezing cold i suppose. The muck spreading makes it a million times worse. Smells horrible out and about here.
