Was on my balcony yesterday and noticed that some of the white stuff was not cloud, but was snow. Hurrah! So I had to take some photos.

The previous day had been cold, with a high of only 12C at sea level, reasonable bit of rain too.

Looking at those pictures, snow line appears to be down to 1200m or so. The day before it may have fallen to 800m, but that would have been falling onto bush so would have melted quickly the next day.

As I look there today, it has all melted.
