    A nice chunky thunderstorm (or possibly more than one), with some CG, rattling around the Wolverhampton/Black Country area for the last hour (8am onwards)

    Call from my Dad to say he has a storm right now in Whitchurch in Shropshire, and I was woken up last night at 5.15 by a huge crack of thunder, but dropped back off to sleep before finding out if it was a decent length storm or not :)

    Frequent lightning for a time here in Cambridgeshire, storm has just past, very sporadic bursts of rain. Very humid. Wind quite moderate

    Yesterday evening 2315, one huge clap of thunder followed by several weaker ones, lots of lightning, rain and strong winds.

    Rumbles of thunder now from SSE position towards Uttoxeter from overhanging anvil.

    Light rain falling for the last 15 mins.
