A still & clear starlit night with temp at 11.8c. Spotted a meteor on my (drunken) cycle back from the pub (well cheap as chips university bar). Certainly a fresher feel but certainly not cold.

The weather is just fantastic this morning crystal clear blue skies with wonderful air quality(thats polar maritime air for you) and temps of 2C, should be another warm and very pleasant day, isn't spring great beats the muggyness of July and August by a mile.

Oh I dunno - it's just another charm of a different part of the year. Besides I like that muggyness for keeping it warm enough in the evenings for sitting out. This week has really shown - much as warm, sunny daytimes are lovely I'd much rather have those coupled with warm nights so I can actually enjoy the early evening outdoors a bit. It gets chilly within a hour or so of me leaving work at the moment. Frustrating when you've stared out the window all day at this lovely weather!

This morning is lovely - clear deep blue skies, light winds and 12c so far after a 9.2c low. Hope it lasts all day!

Fair enough everyone has their likes and dislikes if we was all the same it would be a boring world, i don't mind muggyness if we get some decent thunderstorms to go with it, i`m finding the early evenings warm enough, at 8 pm for example the temp is still around 13C most nights, temps are slow to drop off i find this time of year and fast to rise in the morning, already upto 12C.

I've read elsewhere the weekend turned out much better than the models said a few days ago i disagree to me it was always looking a fine warm weekend cold at night with polar maritime air which gives lovely crisp skies, its tomorrow it was always going to go downhill.

Yes it should last all day the scattered showers should be well shattered and we in the central and north midlands should miss most of them, watch out for tomorrow morning though it should be heavy.
