Can sleet even occur when the dewpoint is in plus figures? I thought that was impossible because of some complex reason(s).

No such excitements down here, a generally cloudy day but a mostly cloudy day, a bit of light rain but nothing too damp the ground even. One thing too note in the past hour is how the wind has increased, quite gusty at times.
