Although a small tremor it could be a sign of a significant slip.

All recent slips have made the news.

Just a heads up really.

If out comes of this, it could be as good as a 4/5 Tornado or somebody finishing a steak at the Big Texan and asking for desert and cheese and crackers.

Wonderful place, the Isle of Wight.Hell of a night at Blackgang in 1969 thanks to the local Morris Men.What happened to the old house at Niton we camped at that had had the upper floors demolished. A childrens wonderland remained complete with model railway (long gone) and toadstools you could climb up into....Happy days...

Very sad landslips are in a way, but jolly exciting to watch.

I will ask friends about the part of Niton you referr to. There is only one Georgian House left at the bottom of Blackgang Chine, its at the now virtually inaccessible nudest camp.

Great place, I moved here 20 years ago, I'll die here if I get the chance.
