Thunder Clouds

Haven't been properly spending time taking photos lately at all. But today everything feel into place and really saw some stunning clouds and got a few rumbles of thunder in the distance but no lightning sadly.

around 1:30pm is when the action kicked off and lasted for around 30 mins or so.

some taken from the main road along past the beach and the grave yard that is in the background on the first few. second lot are taken looking across the moor.

Tis a fine example of a shelf cloud that cookie... i'd be pretty pleased to see that coming along, can also see

the stratification quite clearly.....nice..!!...

yup, I was like I was saying took my be surprise ok met office weather warning was issued, I didn't think it was going to affect lewis. trying to drive and look at this was hard. it was just like wow! love this kind of thing.

really was right place at the right time, 10 mins earlier I was blissfully unaware that anything was happening outside, then was heading out saw the sky and thought hmm I think im going to grab the camera
