I need a faster connection! Trying to upload my footage of yesterday to youtube but my god its slow! Will post link as soon as its done.. Looks like showers are heading my way and should hit in around 30mins. Camcorder fully charged!

just been out in the car with the radio on.....

Counted about 10 loud crackles on the radio so something is buiding somewhere with lightning

Also looking dark North of here

yep, im onto the little beast :) webcam is setup, video camera setup, just had my sausage sandwhich, all i need now is lightning and my ritual is complete, i figured if i do the same things as i did yesterday, today will pan out the same :)

no about 5 mins 67mb, i have a slow connection thats the problem.

My lightning detector is beeping away. its show 5-10 miles range from the NE i reckon it's the part of the shower thats intensified on the Eastern most edge in the N Sea.

i have a horible feeling that these showers are going to move east quite quickly and the west midlands are jst going to see rain today. hope im wrong!

sun has just gone in and there has been some light rain! i think the rain has stopped now! and sun is trying to come back out

I saw that skirt with the south of Northants earlier, looked quite decent.

Just had a light passing shower - NW radar confirms that they are moving West-East here - more dark cloud to my West.

Just had a quick look at the radar and i think all im going to get is rain. The cloud seems to be very heavy overhead so no chance of heating.

Looks like im in the no storms club today!! And my cars out of action so I cant chase today either :)

no Thunder yet

its raining here! not heavy tho! keeps stopping nd starting!

the clouds just dont seem thundery to me :)
