Postcode zoom wont go beyond 15.35pm It's definitely not working. Hope someone at NW realises soon or the afternoon/evenings chase will be harder than usual.

Radar seems to be back but not the charts.

Everything should be working now, although the chart viewer in the datacentre isn't displaying the 12z, you can view the 06z by clicking the prev button though and it should be back working properly once the 18z starts to come in.

Once again, sorry for the problems it really was out of our control and we have worked all day to sort it out. If you'd like to complain I'll be more than happy to pass your words on to Rackspace our 'fanatical' server hosts who have shown just how far from being fanatical about service and support they really are today.

Keep your eyes out for news of another server move in the near future as we'll be moving to a hosting company which is less full of bs and more capable of fulfilling it's promises and obligations asap.

Not seeing any problems here and haven't had any reports of issues from other users. When you say no postcode zoom, what is happening when you try to use it?
