Is This A Funnel Cloud?

Just been looking through some of my pictures and I noticed this. I meant to post it a while to get a second opinion but completely forgot.

Anyway what do you think, funnel cloud or just scud? I remember there was a lot of rotation and I think TORRO had issued a watch.

Unfortunately my camera is a bit crap so the image isnt best quality.

From that pic, IMO it is scud or even a tail cloud.

Thought as weather09 says if it's rotating, chances are it is a funnel. If not then no.
