Summer came back late this morning! Since then it has been a warm, sunny and dry day. Temp peaked at 22C and the slight mugginess has now gone.

A nice pleasant feeling day with plenty of sunshine, nothing spectacular temperature wise but it has felt like a day worthy of high summer unlike the majority of days we have endured since early July.

However, the evening was a bit cloudier than expected and dusk seemed to set in very quickly, how different in feel to those balmy light evenings in late June, thats the trouble with August even when we have warm sunny clear days, you can't help but notice the lenghtening nights.
