Thunderstorm struck yesterday in the mountains of Oman after the cut off for 3 weeks

The first storm formed north of the mountains of Oman near the borders with the United Arab Emirates

The second storm formed in the east of the mountains of Oman, this tropical storms that formed in the Afternoon

Recent storm formed in the middle of the mountains of Oman and was formed at the time of the eighth Madskant accompanied by thunder and lightning

These days in Oman, flowing surface moisture and the highest of the high flows that have occurred in the past months, I think the reason is moved to the beginning of the El Niño climatic phenomenon

These are some pictures of the storm yesterday, which was in the afternoon

These images are not productive, I

Nice photos,

You seem to get a lot of flooding from storms in your region, lucky it does'nt look heavily populated.

Thank you for your response my friend, but this storm did not last for a long time only for a period of 30 minutes and perhaps a whole hour and then stop and move to another area of the storms only focused on the mountains and see the simple flow of water fallen from the mountains did not reach the degree of flooding

Photos are not productive, I .. Is obtained from some of my friends

Nice photo's, I've often flown along the north coast of Oman when visiting India via Dubai, every time I've flown over it looks really dry (usually as it's between Nov and Feb) but you can see deep gorges in the rock which seem to indicate there are at times very heavy rains. I always find it quite majestic flying over Oman as the mountains are huge and apart from along the coast there is nothing for miles and miles.

Yes, my friend, the rains in the mountains, stronger than the rain, which occurs on the coasts of this natural, as the rains have rain in the mountains of Oman and the terrain but the rain only last for a maximum duration for an hour
